Teravail 32er Camrock and Cannonball Tires and Circos Carbon Rims

Teravail has formally announced its forthcoming "32er" tire and rim offerings, ahead of Sea Otter 2026. The new line includes the Camrock 32 x 2.4″ and Cannonball 32 x 2.2″ tires, with the Camrock also featuring a new Superstructure casing upgrade. These tires are designed to be paired with Teravail’s new Circo Wide 32er carbon rims, signaling a significant expansion into a nascent wheel size.

This announcement marks Teravail's early commitment to a wheel size that, while not entirely new to niche segments, is yet to see widespread adoption or industry-wide standardization. The "32er" concept, effectively a 700c rim with a larger volume tire, aims to bridge the gap between traditional gravel and mountain bike tires, offering potentially enhanced comfort and traction without the weight penalty of full 29er setups.
